"HUMANS FATE" Proof of the Existence of "BEBAS PUKUL" in music

Bebas Pukul adalah a band from the city of Bojonegoro, this band was founded in 2014. In November, 4 young men who both love metal music gathered at a coffee shop that they subscribed to to discuss music, they consisted of Tendik, Faisal, Dedi, Wahono agreed to form a metal band called Free Hit.

At that time this young man was very fond of 80s thrash metal music, such as: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Testament. In 2017, there was a change of personnel, Afandi: Drum, Miftah: Vocal, Arif: Guitar. In this formation, BEBAS PUKUL made a mini album entitled Noise Vol 1, this mini album consists of 6 tracks including: Intro, Veins, Death Whistle, Belenggu Kendali, Game Over, and Noise Victim.

After releasing the single "PRIMORDIAL" in 2021 yesterday, this time it's Bebas Pukul with a new formation, namely, Aldyra Yoga: Vocal, Tendik: Guitar, Faisal: Bass and Dedi: Drum, again releasing their newest single this year, namely: HUMANS FATE.

The musical journey from 2014 is something that Bebas Pukul never forgets. Right this month, Bebas Pukul released a new single, namely: HUMANS FATE. In this new single,Bebas Pukul presents a more thematic concept, including inserting elements of orchestration at the beginning of the song, and the production of this song takes more time than the mini album or previous singles, from last November, until this month it has just been released. The concept of free music. This time the stretcher offers a more heavy, catchy sound, but still melodic. In terms of guitar, this is the first time that Bebas Pukul has a clean guitar in the intro. The thing that impressed me the most was probably the orchestration/string stuffing in the intro.

Actually, this arrangement concept has been our dream for a long time, and it's only now being realized. "We prioritize the concept in this single, and pay attention to the arrangement or sound determination." The lyric in this song was written by our vocalist, namely: Aldyra Yoga. In terms of lyrics, Humans Fate tells more about someone who was born with an ambition, decided to be somewhere he believed in, it turned out that the place was not what he thought, he was lost trapped in a sphere Then he tried to find a bright spot, he could only hope trying for his fate to end and become a worthy decision.

A more challenging experience, especially for Bebas Pukul in this single, is proving our new vocalist with a different vocal character from the previous single, namely: Primordial. In the new single, from a musical point of view, we are more inspired by bands such as Gojira, Jinjer, and also Whitechapel.

The most basic purpose of making this single is to prove the existence of Bebas Pukul in music, the main thing is that while our musical instincts are still there, we will continue to work, or in general, Humans Fate is also the story of the journey of Gratis Hit from 2014 (Noise vol. 1, Konfrontasi) , Primordial & Humans Fate).
